FibreNest, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Supply Chain Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
A key link between Fibrenest Supply Chain, its suppliers, customers and logistics partners, ensuring orders are captured and fulfilled accurately, on-time servicing internal and external customers.
Your key responsibilities are
Raising Purchase Orders and receipting in-bound goods.
Accurately capturing orders for swift fulfilment.
Co-ordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, Logistics Partners and internal teams
Managing system data and maintaining digital records.
Investigating and resolving order and delivery issues.
Supporting process improvements.
Administration support across the team.
Experience/Knowledge
Experience of order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics.
Experience working as part of a remote team (although based in an office, your immediate team will be remote to the office).
Abilities/Skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Clarity and strength of communications, particularly e-mail.
Confidence working with customers, internal and external teams.
A pro-active, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
