GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Post Award Technical Administration Lead who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
To coordinate and lead administration activities associated with awarded multi utility projects, ensuring efficient processing of information, requests, planning, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities are
Management of client information flows, ensuring information is logged, filed and forwarded to the relevant internal resources.
Supporting the project managers with client programme management ensuring the data is accurate and up to date ahead of any scheduled meetings.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are managed and tasks are promptly actioned.
Ensure Programmes are generated for new awards and assigned appropriately with correct dates in-line with the customer’s initial request.
Focus on customer delivery targets and ensure smooth running of any meetings.
Attend internal meetings for updates on focused activities such as plant ordering, land rights and NAV progress and update client programs.
Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and excellent customer service.
Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by management in line with the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge
Strong knowledge of utilities.
Microsoft IT Packages.
Abilities/Skills
Excellent communication skills, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Ability to manage own workload, plan effectively and make decisions independently.
Desirable
Previous people management skills or process management experience.
