GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Compliance Support who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
To deliver high accuracy support to the Asset Management Team on the Technical Administration for the companies Technical Training & Compliance package (Competency Cloud(CC)) with specific emphasis on Electricity activities.
Your key responsibilities are
To act as a single point of contact internally and externally for all Electricity compliance related requests.
To upload training certifications and generate reports for attendance / performance. Provide the training team with reports on feedback from the trainees.
To support the Training & Technical Compliance Manager with the development and implementation of a process for the creation of Design Competency Certificates for all Design / Planning staff, in line with the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022.
To assist with Data Cleansing & Archiving, Network Authorisation Forms (NAF) reviews. To assist the Authorising Officer with Self Authorisation updates and a review of the information for date compliance.
To assist the Training & Technical Compliance Manager by acting as a key representative on the BUUK’s Competency Cloud Steering Group.
To assist with the development of a portfolio of standard CC reports.
To ensure that all Electricity related staff’s Network Authorisation Forms (NAFs) are in date.
To support the Asset Management team & SHEQ team with any CC data cleansing activities along with SHEA and Emergency First Aid at Work reports
To ensure and report that the annual Knowledge Assessment questionnaires are issued and completed as per the agreed plan.
Any other duties as required by the Manager.
Qualifications
GCSE’s in core subjects (incl. English and Mathematics).
Experience/Knowledge
Proven track record of being able to prioritise workload effectively & efficiently.
Communication with external and internal customers/colleagues.
Experience with Data Entry and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with face to face meetings (and teams) with the ability to note take and feedback any requests.
Abilities/Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High telephone contact aspect and consistent telephone manner.
High degree of accuracy.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
Desirable
NVQ – Business Administration.
Knowledge of the Electricity utility industry.
