We are looking for Commercial Support Officer who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

Purpose of this role

To provide administrative support to the Commercial Team to facilitate the adoption of multi utility networks from our construction partners.

 

30 hours per week

Your key responsibilities are

>Processing of customer quotation requests in line with agreed relationships, company rules and within agreed standards of service whilst supporting the best possible solution available to our customers.

Assist in the negotiation, improvement and follow up of quotations in order to increase BUUKs success.

Liaise with customers on the acceptance, approval and progression of quotations through to Technical Team.

Processing of invoices in line with agreed relationships, company rules and within agreed standards of service.

Liaise internally and directly with our customers to resolve queries.

Assist in the production of statistics for internal management reporting and external customer reporting.

Assist in the administration of signing up new customers.

Any other duties as required by the manager.

Qualifications

Experience/Knowledge

Previous administration experience.

Abilities/Skills

Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.

Good attention to detail.

Good at working in a team.

Ability to communicate effectively with external customers.

Good customer service ethos.

Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Good problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

CSCS Card.

Knowledge of utility industry.

Ability to think strategically.

Negotiation skills.
