We are looking for Water Operations Coordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
Coordinating the identification and resolution of water related incidents, and scheduling customer appointments.
Your key responsibilities are
Handling and coordinating the resolution of potable water and wastewater incidents from start to finish.
Outbound calling customers to schedule appointments to resolve customer and asset related queries.
Processing field technician’s daily jobs along with scheduling all work.
Wastewater Pumping Station management, monitoring alarms, troubleshoot problems through iHost platform, and dispatching required resource to site.
Direct written and verbal communication with IWNL field resource and other internal teams to maintain up to date records.
Direct written and verbal communication with contractors, developers and other water companies to instruct works and update on any ongoing issues.
Drafting reports following an emergency/non-emergency water/wastewater incident.
Undertaking other reasonable duties required by the company.
Role will require candidate to join the on-call rota following suitable training.
Role will require candidate to attend water/wastewater sites following suitable training.
Qualifications
GCSE Level or equivalent.
Experience/Knowledge
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels with external and internal customers.
Abilities/Skills
Ability to deliver high customer service standards.
Strong communication skills.
Strong multitasking and decision making skill.
Desirable
Familiarity with the water industry.
Knowledge of current safety procedures, business relationships, processes and practices.
