We are looking for Customer Services Advisors who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Our modern contact centre office is based in the centre of Cardiff, a close walk from both train and bus links, along with many shops and cafes. We currently have a rota to cover our opening hours (8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Interviews will take place over 2 weeks starting from 1st September 2025. You will need to be available to start employment and complete a 4 week mandatory training programme from 20th October 2025.
About you
You will be working in our contact centre, answering calls and responding to letters and emails from our customers. Our goal is to solve our customers’ queries when they first contact us.
Previous experience working in a contact centre is not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and puts customers’ needs at the heart of everything they do.
We understand that everyone has different ways of working and that this is vital to giving great customer service. To be successful you must be willing to learn new skills to make sure we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You must be a great team player but also able to work under your own initiative.
Conditions of Employment
What can you expect from us
Excellent starting salary of £25,451, increasing to £27,148 following successful completion of your probation
An additional £1200 annual shift allowance
At least the cost of living pay increase every year
Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%
33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 2 weeks
Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay
To say thank you, each time you successfully refer someone you will receive a referral payment of £1000 (net of tax)
