GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Street Works Coordinator (GTC) who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Purpose of this role
To provide administrative support to Street Works (NRSWA) Team Leader (TL), Manager and other operational activities.
Your key responsibilities are
Electricity & Technical sections.
Confirm all documentation required for operational work is completed correctly.
Assist with the communication to contractors and direct staff with NRSWA enquiries.
Assist with telephone answering service to update the operatives with fault details.
Assist with notifications to GTC End user customers.
Process invoice enquiries.
Produce and analyse reports.
Assist with recovering costs caused by third parties on GTC Networks.
Assist with all admin work associated with electrical team.
Provide accurate quality work within department and company.
Maintain a helpful and informative work environment.
Assist the NRSWA TL & Manager in the development of greater efficiency within the company.
Ensure that all relevant information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the NRSWA TL & Manager.
Skills Required.
A high telephone contact aspect and a company approach to a consistent telephone manner is required.
The role has a data entry aspect and the use of Microsoft office products at a first-generation level e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required.
The role will include filing/scanning and printing activities.
Roles involving written external communication require the incumbent to be proficient in English grammar and to follow the company letter format.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge
Good computer skills.
Abilities/Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Desirable
NRSWA certificate.
Experience in training others.
Experience working on development sites.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
